About Gina

With the rise of our disconnected culture – from the Pandemic to AI – I realized that on a daily basis I was having conversations with candidates, and there was so much pain. Now was the time to try to reach more people with something they need to hear.

For 35 years, Gina Padilla has worked inside hiring from every angle. She has run recruiting agencies, worked in-house at companies from 10-person startups to Fortune 500s, and served as a job developer for students and individuals with disabilities. She is the founder of 2PC, Inc. and currently recruits for Olivine and H2O AI. SYNTH is the book she wishes every candidate she ever met had read first.

This Book Is Not For Everyone

SYNTH is not a promise that you will land a job by page 237. It is not a shortcut, a resume template collection, or a hustle manifesto. It is for people who are ready to be honest about what they are feeling, what they want, and what they are no longer willing to tolerate.
